နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ၏ ၁၀-၃-၂၀၂၃ ရက်စွဲပါ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် ၈၂/၂၀၂၃ အရ ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်မူပိုင်ခွင့်ဥပဒေ စတင်အာဏာတည်သည့် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၁ ရက် မှစ၍ ကျင့်သုံးရမည့် ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်မူပိုင်ခွင့်ဥပဒေအရ စစ်ဆေးစီရင်ရန် မူပိုင်ခွင့်တရားရုံး၏ စီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်အာဏာများနှင့် မူပိုင်ခွင့်တရားရုံးကချမှတ်သည့် စီရင်ချက်၊ အမိန့်နှင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များအပေါ် အယူခံ၊ ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို စစ်ဆေးစီရင်ရန် စီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်အာဏာများအပ်နှင်းသည့် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၂၄ ရက်စွဲပါ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် (၂၃၅/၂၀၂၃)၊ (၂၃၆/၂၀၂၃)၊ (၂၃၇/၂၀၂၃)၊ (၂၃၈/၂၀၂၃) နှင့် (၂၃၉/၂၀၂၃) တို့ကို ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်မှ ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်သည်။

Union Supreme Court issues the Notification No. (235/2023), (236/2023), (237/2023), (238/2023) and (239/2023) dated on 24 March 2023, to confer the jurisdiction and authority of the Intellectual Property Court to adjudicate on the intellectual property matters under the Trademark Law and to adjudicate appeal and revision cases against any judgments, orders and decisions of the Intellectual Property Court in accordance with the State Administration Council (Notification No. 82/2023) dated on 10-3-2023 which mentioned the date 1^st April 2023 as the setting date of  the Trademark Law to come effective.
