ပြည်ထောင်စုနယ်မြေ၊ ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားရုံးအဆောက်အဦသစ် ဖွင့်ပွဲမင်္ဂလာအခမ်းအနားကို ယနေ့နံနက် ၇:၃၀ နာရီအချိန်က ပုဗ္ဗသီရိမြို့နယ်ရှိ အဆိုပါရုံးနေရာ၌ ကျင်းပသည်။

အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားသူကြီးချုပ် ဦးသာဌေး၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာခုံရုံးဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးအောင်ဇော်သိန်း၊ နေပြည်တော်ကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးသန်းထွန်းဦး၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်တရားသူကြီးများ၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး၊ ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန်၊ မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတရားလွှတ်တော်တရားသူကြီးချုပ်၊ မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတရားလွှတ်တော်တရားသူကြီးချုပ်၊ ပဲခူးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတရားလွှတ်တော်တရားသူကြီးချုပ် နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်မှ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ ဒုတိယအမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးများနှင့် မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတရားလွှတ်တော် တိုင်းဒေသကြီးတရားရေးဦးစီးမှူးတို့ တက်ရောက်ကြသည်။

အဆောက်အဦသစ်ကို နေပြည်တော်ကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးသန်းထွန်းဦး၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာထိန်လင်းဦးနှင့် မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတရားလွှတ်တော် တရားသူကြီးချုပ် ဒေါ်ခင်သင်းဝေတို့က ဖဲကြိုးဖြတ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးသည်။ ထို့နောက် ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားသူကြီးချုပ် ဦးသာဌေးက ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားရုံးအဆောက်အဦသစ်ဆိုင်းဘုတ်အား စက်ခလုတ်နှိပ်၍ ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးပြီး ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားသူကြီးချုပ်၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာခုံရုံးဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၊ နေပြည်တော်ကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ် တရားသူကြီးများ၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး၊ ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန်နှင့် အထူးဖိတ်ကြားထားသည့် ဧည့်သည်တော်များက ကဗ္ပည်းမော်ကွန်းအား အမွှေးနံ့သာရည်များ ပက်ဖျန်းပေးပြီး အဆောက်အဦသစ် အတွင်း လှည့်လည်ကြည့်ရှုစစ်ဆေးကြသည်။

ယင်းနောက် အခမ်းအနားဒုတိယပိုင်းအား ဆက်လက်ကျင်းပရာ ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားရုံး အဆောက်အဦသစ်ဆောက်လုပ်ခြင်းနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဇွဲမာန်ဟုန်ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက်၏ မန်နေဂျင်း ဒါရိုက်တာ ဦးမြတ်ကိုက အဆောက်အဦသစ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြသည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ ရုံးအဆောက်အဦသစ်တည်ဆောက်မှု ဗီဒီယိုမှတ်တမ်းကို ကြည့်ရှုအားပေးကြသည်။ ထို့နောက် ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားရုံးအဆောက်အဦသစ်နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ဇွဲမာန်ဟုန် ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက်၏ မန်နေဂျင်းဒါရိုက်တာ ဦးမြတ်ကိုမှ ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားသူကြီးထံသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်ပြီး ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားသူကြီးက ကျေးဇူးတင်စကားပြန်လည်ပြောကြားကာ အခမ်းအနားကို အောင်မြင်စွာရုပ်သိမ်းခဲ့သည်။

ဇေယျာသီရိခရိုင်တရားရုံးသည် ပုဗ္ဗသီရိမြို့နယ်၊ ချင်းတွင်းလမ်းပေါ်တွင်တည်ရှိပြီး အလျားပေ ၂၀၀၊ အနံပေ ၁၄၀ အကျယ်အဝန်းရှိသည့် သံကူကွန်ကရစ် နှစ်ထပ်အဆောက်အဦဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်၏ ဘဏ္ဍာရန်ပုံငွေ ကျပ် ၃၆၇၅ သန်းဖြင့် ဇွဲမာန်ဟုန်ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက်က ၂၀၂၀-၂၀၂၁ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှစ်တွင် စတင်တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

The grand opening ceremony of the new Zeyathiri District Court building in the Union Territory was held at 7:30 a.m this morning at the Office in Pubbathiri Township.

The ceremony was attended by the Chief Justice of the Union U Tha Htay, Chairperson of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union U Aung Zaw Thein, Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council U Than Tun Oo, Justices of the Supreme Court of the Union, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Legal Affairs, Deputy Mayor, Chief Justice of the High Court of the Mandalay Region, Chief Justice of the High Court of the Magway Region, Chief Justice of the High Court of the Bago Region, and Permanent Secretary, Director Generals, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director Generals, Directors of the office of the Union Supreme Court and Head of the Judicial Office of the Mandalay Region High Court.

The new building was opened by Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Legal Affairs Dr. Htein Lin Oo and Mandalay Region High Court Chief Justice Daw Khin Thin Wai. Then, Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay opened the new Zeyar Thiri District Court building by pressing a button, and the Chief Justice of the Union, the Chairperson of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, the Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council, Justices of the Supreme Court of the Union, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Legal Affairs, Deputy Mayor and specially invited guests sprinkled fragrant water on the Kabyi Maw Kun and toured and inspected the new building.

Then, the second part of the ceremony continued, and regarding the construction of the new building of the Zeyathiri District Court, U Myat Ko, Managing Director of Zweman Hong Company Limited, gave a presentation about the new building. After that, they watched a video recording of the construction of the new office building. Then, the documents related to the new building of the Zeyathiri District Court were handed over to the Zeyathiri District Judge by U Myat Ko, Managing Director of Zweman Hong Company Limited, and the Zeyathiri District Judge gave a word of thanks and the ceremony was successfully concluded.

The Zeyathiri District Court is a two-story reinforced concrete building located on Chindwin Road, Pubbathiri Township, measuring 200 feet long and 140 feet wide. Construction began in the 2020-2021 fiscal year with a budget of Ks 3,675 million from the Supreme Court of the Union.
