ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားစီရင်ရေးကြီးကြပ်မှုရုံးနှင့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်တရားရေး ဦးစီးမှူးများ၊ စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးဌာနများ၏ စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းညှိနှိုင်း အစည်းအဝေးအမှတ်စဉ် (၁/၂၀၂၆)နှင့် စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးအရာရှိများအတွက် မွမ်းမံသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ် (၁/၂၀၂၆)ကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၄ ရက် (စနေနေ့)၊ နံနက် ၀၉ : ၀၀ နာရီ အချိန်၌ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားစီရင်ရေးကြီးကြပ်မှုရုံး၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမတွင် Video Conferencing စနစ်ဖြင့်ကျင်းပသည်။
အစီအစဉ်ပထမပိုင်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေး၌ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားစီရင်ရေး ကြီးကြပ်မှုရုံး၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဦးအောင်ကျော်မိုးက အဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြော ကြားသည်။ အစည်းအဝေးတွင် တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်တရားရေးဦးစီးမှူးများက တရားရုံး အဆင့်ဆင့်နှင့် စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးဌာနအသီးသီး၏ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလနှင့် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ အတွင်း တရားရုံးကဦးဆောင်သည့်စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးဆိုင်ရာဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များကို တင်ပြ သည်။ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်နှင့် ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးတို့က တင်ပြချက်များအပေါ် ပြန်လည် ဆွေးနွေးပြီး လိုအပ်သည်များကို လမ်းညွှန်မှာကြားသည်။
အစီအစဉ်ဒုတိယပိုင်း၊ စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးအရာရှိများအတွက် မွမ်းမံသင်တန်း အမှတ် စဉ် (၁/၂၀၂၆) ကို ဆက်လက်ကျင်းပသည်။ သင်တန်းတွင် အငြင်းပွားမှုဖြေရှင်းရေးနှင့်အထူးမှု ခင်းကိစ္စရပ်များဌာန ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး ဒေါ်အေးအေးလှိုင်က တရားရုံးကဦးဆောင်သည့် စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ တရားရုံး၏အခန်းကဏ္ဍ၊ စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးဌာန၏ အခန်း ကဏ္ဍ၊ အမှုသည်များ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ၊ ရှေ့နေများ၏အခန်းကဏ္ဍ၊ စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးအရာရှိ၏ အခန်း ကဏ္ဍတို့ကို ဆွေးနွေးပို့ချသည်။
ယင်းအစည်းအဝေးနှင့် သင်တန်းကို ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားစီရင်ရေးကြီးကြပ်မှုရုံးမှ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ၊ အငြင်းပွားမှုဖြေရှင်းရေးနှင့်အထူးမှုခင်းကိစ္စရပ်များဌာနမှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး အပါအဝင် (၈) ဦး၊ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်တရားရေးဦးစီးမှူးများ၊ စေ့စပ် ဖြေရှင်းရေးဌာနအသီးသီးမှ ဌာနတာဝန်ခံများ၊ စေ့စပ်ဖြေရှင်းရေးအရာရှိများနှင့် တရားသူကြီး များ၊ တရားရေးအရာရှိများ စုစုပေါင်း (၄၈၄) ဦး တက်ရောက်သည်။

The Coordination Meeting No. 1/2026 on Mediation and the Mediator Refresher Course No.3/2025 were held at 09:00 am on April 4th (Saturday) at the Meeting Hall of the Office of Union Judiciary Supervision via video conferencing.
As the first part of the program of the Coordination Meeting, U Aung Kyaw Moe, the Deputy Director General of the Office of Union Judiciary Supervision, delivered the opening speech, and then the Heads of the respective Judicial Offices of the Regions or States presented about the performances of the Court-led mediation which had been done by the mediation centers of the Regions or States and the different levels of courts between January and February of 2026. After that, the Deputy Director-General of the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision, and the Director from the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Case Specialization Department discussed and gave the necessary instructions on the presentations.
As the second part of the program, the Refresher Course No.1/2026 for the mediators was continued holding. In the training course, Daw Aye Aye Hlaing, Director of the ADR division discussed and gave lectures about the roles of the court, the mediation center, the parties, the lawyers, and the mediator in relation to the Court-led mediation.
A total of 484 personnel from the Heads of the Judicial Offices from the respective Regions or States, and the mediator in-charges and mediators from the mediation centers of the Regions or States including 8 Officers from the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision, including the Deputy Director-General and the Director from the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Courts Specialization Department, attended the meeting and the refresher course.
